Opening the training program for the administrative rehabilitation of the central managers, managers of administrative development and heads of departments in the company

The General Manager of the Company, Eng. Nemir Habib Makhlouf, inaugurated the training program for the administrative rehabilitation of the central managers, directors of administrative development and heads of departments in the general administration in Banias and Homs on Sunday 11/11/2018, based on the decision of the Minister of Administrative Development No. 49 / 10/9/2018.
The General Manager began a brief presentation on the importance of the administrative rehabilitation of the human cadres in the company and its role in improving the level of performance and the development of work. He discussed the axes of the program and its importance in the administrative, technical and economic work starting from the management of projects and types and varieties through quality management in administrative and technical performance and feasibility studies and risks Which hinders projects and their management.

The employees of the Syrian Oil Transport Company thanked the Ministry of Administrative Development, headed by the Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Salam Safaf, and her team working in the ministry for their great efforts in rehabilitating workers within the framework of the national project for administrative reform launched by President Bashar al-Assad. 30 trainees in Banias and 29 trainees in Homs participated in the program.

It is worth mentioning that the qualifying program for managers and heads of departments is implemented on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of each week and ends the direct training on 10/12/2018.
